NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS NO EXCEPTIONS

Because the items we sell are personalized we do not offer refunds or returns. Our website collects the personalized information required to fulfill your order directly from you. We copy and paste the requested personalization to create your product. We are not responsible if the information you submit is incorrect. If you have any questions or concerns with your product, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS ANY DEFECTS, please contact us within 48 hours of item delivery for resolution. If you contact us past 48 hours of item delivery, we are NOT responsible for any damage done to purchased items. We will also need pictures of both the packaging AND defected item with description of damage.
