Shipping policy

Because the items we provide are custom made to order, we try our best to have them shipped out in 3-5 business days of the order being accepted (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm central standard time). Please note that during the holiday season (November-December) the processing time may be extended. We do provide standard free shipping within the U.S. EXCLUDING Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. When your Un-Bee-Lievable order is shipped you will be notified and given a tracking number. Once the shipper has your order, we no longer have control of delivery time. Please understand that shipping services can have extended delivery times during the holiday season (November-December).
