Comes with engraved acrylic piece, LED light base (which you can use 3 AA batteries-not included OR usb adapter-included), usb adapter, and remote to change color of lights).

PLEASE NOTE: On image sheet, anything that is black will be what is engraved in a 'frost' white on the acrylic, anything in white will stay clear.

If you contact us past 48 hours of item delivery, we are NOT responsible for any damage done to purchased items. Because the items we provide are custom made to order, we try our best to have themshipped out in 3-5 business days of the order being accepted(Monday-Friday 8am-5pm central standard time). Please note that during the holiday season (November-December) the processing time may be extended.We do provide standard free shipping within the U.S. EXCLUDING Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. When your Un-Bee-Lievable order is shipped you will be notified and given a tracking number. Once the shipper has your order, we no longer have control of delivery time. Please understand that shipping services can have extended delivery times during the holiday season (November-December).

We copy and paste the requested personalization to create your product. We are not responsible if the information you submit is incorrect.
